The other side is stupid steep!

Hello Everyone!
This week has been a nice and busy one. Starting on Wednesday, we on the temple grounds planted around 2500-3000 flowers(mostly tulips, but there were a few other varieties in there). We were hauling some butt trying got get all of those put into the ground, and that is not even half of what we have to plant. It is some fun work though if you ask me. Very relaxing, and satisfying too. I am excited to see them all come up when spring comes around.
And of course, since it was Halloween, I took a shift on the passing out of candy. Some of these kids had some fun costumes, let me tell you.
Thursday, I spent a long afternoon in the Discovery Center. We did have one family come in during the last half-hour, and they were pretty happy, because they didn't know that this place was around, and they thought it was cool that there was a place you could go to have an immersive experience with family history. They told us that they would for sure come back in another time.
On Friday, the whole temple squad go together, and we did a team leaf blowing, and got all of that business done super quick. That gave us time to get some mowing done on President's Hill. You know, I don't think I have described this death trap ever. You see, one side of it is relatively flat, and very nice. The other side though, is stupid steep, and it is always wet. So, when you try to turn around your lawn mower on that side, you almost always go for a little ride down the hill, getting dragged by the mower. It truly is terrifying.
Not much to say about Saturday really, other than I spent another long shift in the Discovery Center with no one coming in.
And on Sunday, we had our last council meeting before the new church schedule comes out. Man, that is still crazy to me that church is going down to two hours. But, that is about all for me this week. I hope that y'all have a most excellent week wherever you are at!
