Sickness and a sleep study

Hello Everyone!

This week was a bit of a slow one for me, since I came down with a little sickness, and was kind of out of it for most of the week. I did get myself to the temple on Tuesday though, and I had a good time over there mowing some grass.

I did go and see a sleep doctor finally that day as well, and they are helping me to make sure that my body gets the rest it needs. The way they are doing it though is not very fun. Since we determined that the average amount of sleep a night is 4 hours, instead of spreading that out over 8-9 hours in bed, cram it into a 4 hour period, and slowly make that period in bed longer. Eventually, I should be able to sleep a full and restful 8 hours. I started out going to bed at 3am, and waking up at 7am, but as of tonight, I get to go to bed at 2:30am, and get up at 7am. More sleep! So, to make it easy for this next part, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday were spent mostly relaxing, as whatever I got sick with hit hard during those days, and I just did not feel like doing anything. So yeah, not a whole lot to say there unfortunately.

But on Monday, I got back into the swing of things, and helped more with the trenching project at the temple. There was a lot more digging in the dirt there, but it was relaxing. We also had the Elders over that evening, and we had an awesome dinner, and kind of a deep gospel talk with my whole family. We started out in Alma 54, and we went to many different areas of conversation. I won't tell you much of what we talked about, mostly because I challenge you to go in and see what is so cool about this chapter, and what stands out to you.

And then there was this morning, where we had the last District Meeting of the transfer. We took pictures, but I am still in the process of getting those, but when I do get them, I will send them out. But yeah, that is about it for me this week. I hope that y'all have a most excellent week wherever you are at!
