I swear you could knock somebody out with these!

Look how huge these things are!

Hello Everyone!

Well, I had myself another good week of work this week. On Wednesday, Jordan and I went to town with our lawn mowers and got everything all caught up on mowing the temple lawns. We had ourselves a nice mountain of cut grass following us around in our trailer when we were done with that.

Thursday evening was spent in the Discovery Center, however, no one showed up again unfortunately, so I was just doing my own family history work that night.

Friday though was super fun! I got together with Dan and Jordon, and we started to pull up the plants that are all around in the garden beds. I was just having fun hitting a lot of things with a potato digger. Also, there were these huge sunflowers in one bed that I swear you could knock somebody out with, they were so big and thick. I was also surprised to find a bunch of stone pots that had been buried by the plants, which actually explained why a bunch of the plants looked like they were floating.

Saturday, I spent more time in the Discovery Center, and I was kind of sad because nobody came in, which is kind of strange for a Saturday. Then, in the last hour, a family came in, and they proceeded to have a blast learning more about their family, and getting their younger kids  involved. They spent a lot of time in the recording booth, recording videos of themselves telling stories that could be shared on Family Search.

Sunday was a pretty chill day. I got to meet the new Elder in my ward, Elder Morgan from Idaho Falls. He is brand spanking new, and is super eager to get some work done.

And on Monday, I gave my shoulders a workout carrying around a backpack blower all day, blowing a ton of leaves off the sidewalks and out of he parking lot at the temple. I was kind of sad that they wouldn't let me make big piles to jump in (because for how many leaves were there, you could make a serious pile) but I guess it is what it is. But, I think that is about it for me this week, I hope that y'all have a most excellent week wherever you are at!
