Things are starting to come together

Hello Everyone!
This week has been pretty decent. Started off with District Council, where we talked about how member present lessons are going. The past week it did not go very well, but they are all pretty determined to get their goal.
Wednesday, I got a bunch of Family History done. Mostly getting memories and documents put up for a couple of ancestors. That evening I also went out with the Elders Quorum President, and we ran a few stop bys to less-actives. Out of our list, we were able to talk to one person on our list. He was a pretty cool guy, that wasn't too interested in coming back to church just yet, but he was alright with us setting him up with Ministers. That is a step in the right direction!
Thursday was my temple day, and I went with my siblings to do baptisms. It was fun to baptize the three of them. I also got introduced to the Family Discovery Center that day. Man, that place is super cool! This is one of the places that I will be doing service at. What their mission there is to get people introduced to, and excited about Family History work. I would say, they do a really good job at it. They have these iPads that you doc at several different stations where you can learn a lot about who your family was, and just cool stuff about them. I also got to do a recorded interview for myself, and have that recorded into Family Search.
Friday we did more service for Norm, one of the Elders friends. We cleared out and leveled an 8x8 ft section of ground, so that he has a place to put up some of his beehives.
Saturday was kind of a break day for me. I went on a hike with my family, and an Aunt and Uncle that showed up, to a Ghost Town in Franklin, Washington. That was super cool, and I am going to have to go back, since I didn't get to see everything there.
On Sunday, I received an assignment form the Bishopric to be a Project Leader for the Renton Day of Service that is coming up soon. I got to participate in that 2 years ago, and I really enjoyed it! I am going to be given a project from the people who run the Day of Service event in the area, so I will update y'all on that when I get the project. And I also went out with Brother Allen again, and we tried seeing a few more less-actives, but nobody answered that day. Oh well, it happens.
Whelp, there is my week for ya! I hope that y'all have a most excellent week wherever you are at!
Elder Jensen
